Day 5.
Happy St. Patrick's day to one and all. What a strange day it is. Everything is changed and we do not know how long this will last.
There will be a New Normal at some point, who knows what that Normal will look like?
Today, I got a walk, met a neighbour S and her dog B, we walked along together for a bit, 2 m apart, dontcha know....
3 of my kids are gone out for a walk now, it is important to get out in the air every day.

This is a sprouting Butter Bean, that I started last week at school.
I am very thankful that my children and husband are all here with me, and not stuck in Italy, like a friend's daughter is; not stuck on a holiday in Morocco or Lanzarote, like other people I know, desperately trying to get home before Thursday. I know people who are in these situations.
Hoping they all get home soon.
9pm: 69 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the Republic, 29 males and 40 females, bringing the overall number to 292.
9pm, Leo Varadkar, An Taoiseach (Prime Minister) live on TV. What is he going to say?
9.17pm. Thankfully, no major announcement at the moment: Leo did say that the situation will probably go on beyond March 29th.

I live in the Irish countryside. I love walking and looking at the sky overhead. I also love spinning! If you have any questions about spinning or any comments about my blog, just let me know by leaving a comment. Thanks.
